Do I need to send in my original sales receipt?
YES, an original sales receipt must be submitted with your reward form since
photocopies will not be accepted. If you would like your invoice(s) returned,
please submit your request in writing when you mail in the original. Include
your request on a 3˝ x 5˝ piece of paper indicating messaging like “Please
return my receipt” to the address below and include your mailing address.
Requests received separately from your reward submission and original receipt
will not be handled. PLEASE NOTE: INVOICES WILL BE MAILED SEPARATELY.
I’ve lost my receipt, what should I do?
Please visit the retailer where the purchase was made and ask them to reprint a
receipt for you. This process can be more easily facilitated if you’ve paid with
a credit card and know the date of purchase.
I submitted my reward claim form after the dates specified, will I still receive my
reward payment?
If the postmark date has passed for your reward, you will NOT be eligible for that
reward. Always check the terms and conditions as soon as possible to ensure you meet
all deadlines.
Do I have to give my email address?
An email address is preferred, as it allows us to provide you with up to date
information regarding your reward submission. All information submitted with your
reward claim form is kept confidential and never sold to third parties.
Can I apply for more than one reward on the same product?
Rewards usually have a limit to the number of claims that can be submitted for each
customer. Using additional addresses not your own to qualify for more than the limit
per customer is considered mail fraud. To find out specific terms and conditions, or
the limit of how many rewards are allowed for that offer, please check your reward
claim form.
How can I check the status of my reward?
Check the status of rewards by selecting the "Track Your
Reward" link on this page and completing the requested information. Reward
requests mailed to other addresses will not have information available at this site.
How long will it be before I receive my reward?
Rewards should be processed and received within 10 to 12 weeks of our receipt of a
complete and valid reward claim form where all requirements have been met.
My status says I’m "unqualified", what does this mean?
If you are unqualified due to missing information such as product number or other
proof of purchase, instructions are available by calling 877–702-4221.
